Millennials are the 54 million adult Americans aged between 18 and 34 in 2015 and now make up one third of the American workforce, the largest generation at work. These digital natives grew up in the shadow of September 11th and the Great Recession, and are well adapted to change, technologically savvy, and are poised to unleash innovation — when given the right environment, support and autonomy.
“They will be the most high maintenance workforce in the history of the world, but they may also be the most high performing,” says Bruce Tulgan, consultant and author of It’s Okay to Manage Your Boss. (Fortune.Com)

When we share vibrations under the stars of both the day and the night, in essence we bask in the aroma of morning dew. When the sunrise kisses the temple we show an appreciation for what has been done by sharing the light touch. These are the works of faith.
We, the millennial generation are the ones who have been presented with the blessing of shaping the future. It is ours to determine. If we choose to believe in peace and harmony among people living out their purpose, then we can have that.
The art of living gives us the rights to create and manifest our ideals. We create power in numbers and expression. We can dance to the beat of change being shared in valleys of silver and gold. As long as we hold strong to idea of the ideal, even failure can prove to bring success. For through our failures we are exposed to new perspectives. Sometimes we need to fall to the ground to take in the greater image above us all. This perspective puts our differences in the shadows and allows us to see each other as simply human beings sharing experience independent of races and religions. We can let our differences bring us together for the purpose of highlighting our respective purposes and passions.
